Villa Gabrijela sits above Lumbarda, a quiet fishing village on the eastern tip of Korčula island. The house is shaped by its setting: sea views from most rooms, morning sun across the pool, and Tatinja beach just three minutes down the lane. It feels private, open and unmistakably Adriatic.
Inside, 300 square metres of open-plan living flows from kitchen to dining terrace to poolside without interruption. There are six bedrooms in total, four in the main house and two self-contained apartments with their own kitchens, giving larger groups the flexibility to share the villa while keeping their own space.
Korčula Old Town, the medieval walled city and reputed birthplace of Marco Polo, is a ten-minute drive. Day trips to Hvar, Mljet, and Dubrovnik run throughout the summer. But most guests find that once they're by the pool with a glass of the local Grk white wine, they're in no rush to leave.
